The company is located at Room 1502A, Saibairuo Technology Building and Room 103B, Block B, Tsinghua Information Port  in Shenzhen Nanshan Science Park.

The company's daily ceramic export division was established in 2011, with annual exports totaling approximately $4 million. Shenzhen Sisiware Technology Co., Ltd. is a council member of the Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export. Its main export products include daily ceramic tableware such as high-temperature porcelain, new bone china, and opal ceramics, encompassing plates, bowls, cups, saucers, and complete sets, primarily marketed in over ten countries across South America and Eurasia and other’s country.
